Eldret has experience of curating and programming including in 2012 FYI, exhibition of public information films, Pump House Gallery, London and from 2007 to 2010 she was Co-Director and founder of CollectingLiveArt.

She is a visting tutor at Arts University Bournemouth and has previous teaching experience at Norwich University College of Arts, Nantes School of Art, Hatfield University, Wimbledon School of Art, CPD for University of Arts London Enterprise, Royal College of Art and Villa Arson School of Art.

She is also a regular contributor to talks and panel dicussions including ones that took place at Whitechapel Gallery, Artquest, Art London, Contemporary Art Society, Slade School of Fine Art, Zabludowicz Collection, Jerwood, Liste Basel, Bloomberg Space and South London Gallery.
